Firm Overview
Attorney Spoto is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Political Science. While obtaining his undergraduate degree, he was a student athlete that was very active among campus organizations, participating in the Student Government Association, where he acted as both Treasurer and President. Attorney Spoto then moved on to obtain his JD from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law. Upon graduating, he immediately passed the bar exam for the state of Pennsylvania.
In his first year of practice, Attorney Spoto was asked by another attorney to help in building a law firm that would focus on consumer debt and bankruptcy. With Attorney Spoto heading off the bankruptcy division, the firm quickly became a success. While at the firm, he personally handled hundreds of bankruptcy cases while managing several other bankruptcy attorneys. He was also involved in civil litigation while with the firm. In January of 2007, Attorney Spoto made the move to open his own practice, focusing on individuals and small businesses.
Attorney Spoto is a long-time resident of South-Western Pennsylvania and currently maintains his office in Westmoreland County. He has had extensive experience in working with small businesses, helping them resolve their financial issues and directing them to a successful future.
Attorney Spoto is dedicated to his clients and believes that a strong relationship between the attorney and client is essential to providing the best service possible. He takes pride in understanding his clients' needs and providing them with the personal attention necessary to resolve their issues. Client comfort is his greatest concern.
Attorney Spoto is admitted to practice in the courts of Pennsylvania, The Western District Court of Pennsylvania, the Middle District Court of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania.
